Premium extra-virgin olive oil made using Grignano (55%), Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccio del Cor-no, and Maurino olives grown in Valpolicella.
The olives are milled with no oth-er treatment whatsoever. Yel-low in color with light hints of green, this oil is slightly fruity on the nose and fruity on the palate with a pleasant-ly bitter and delicately musky finish.
