Chardonnay. The natural elegance of the southern Lake Garda.
A variety traditionally grown in the area, Chardonnay finds in this land a balanced and radiant expression, with a bright straw yellow colour.
On the nose, notes of hawthorn and cherry blossom emerge, followed by green apple, apricot and subtle hints of dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant citrus vein that balances the fruit’s sweetness.
Vinification begins with grape cooling, followed by gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation to preserve its aromatic finesse.
