Sansonina in Laguna 2021. A wine, an immersion, an experience.
Born from the 2021 vintage of Lugana Fermentazione Spontanea, this wine aged for sixteen months beneath the calm waters of the southern Venetian Lagoon, anchored at a depth of six to eight metres.
Immersed in December 2023 and brought to the surface in April 2025, it underwent a slow and original evolution, influenced by a dynamic marine microclimate that enhanced its mineral nuances and complexity.
A unique and unrepeatable edition, limited to just one hundred magnums.
