The book focuses on a point of reference on its way, which led to the success of the brand Zenato not only for the Lugana but also for the Amarone della Valpolicella: Sergio’s family.
His wife Carla and children Nadia and Alberto have, in fact, always been at his side and today continue the business he started pursuing the same goals, driven by the same dream. “There are eyes capable of looking very far, driven beyond the horizon of the strength of the heart. These are the eyes that trace deep furrows in the history of a land. (…) A history, that of the Zenato family, made of passion and work; of full identity with its territory, its people and history; of entrepreneurial ability and openness to innovation.”
“The link with the territory, the passion, the desire to aim for the highest quality in the vineyard and in the cellar have always distinguished my father’s activity and are the cornerstones that guide us today,” explains Nadia Zenato. “In fifty years the winemaking scenario has radically changed, competition leaves no room for uncertainty for those in this profession,” Alberto Zenato continued, “but I see that the values he passed on to us continue to be relevant.”
